Key functions included the negotiation and acquisition of the land, comprehensive Project Planning, Project Design & Development as well as all entitlements. Development management extended through the acquisitions phase, with the multi-disciplinary Development Team. Architecture was lead by ACDF Architecture, an award winning team under Maxime Frappier based in Montreal.
Marketing & Sales were lead by Blueprint Global leading to a record breaking Launch with 65% pre-sales. The 360 AMI team negotiated all construction financing in conjunction with the Homeowner Financing platform. Ongoing development management and monitoring were provided throughout the construction phase, ensuring successful execution resulting in on-schedule, on-budget delivery of the project.
