Our mission was to develop a comprehensive master plan and revitalize the aging ski area of Arc 1800, a destination resort community within the Paradiski Ski Domain in the historic French Alps. The master plan included nine project phases over 8 years.
By applying a focused yield management strategy, we successfully sold over 798 units, generating more than €220 million in sales. Initial pricing began at €5,000 per square meter, progressively increasing, with the most recent offerings starting at €8,500 per square meter.
While top competitors such as Pierre & Vacances and MGM averaged around 100 units sold per year, we anchored our economic model and proforma on an eight-year timeline. As a result, we achieved project sell-out three years ahead of schedule.
